4.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement. Continuous non-payment may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.1 Refunds
Refunds for prepayments will be processed if cancellation is made in accordance with the cancellation policy. Any work already completed will be billed accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Gardening Mayfair strives to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
